Vagabond formed in November 2023 when three young lads from York decided to start something loud and different. What began as jam sessions quickly evolved into a band with a mission: to bring back the raw, unfiltered sound of punk rock.
With influences ranging from classic punk legends The Sex Pistols to Green Day, through to Blink 182 and The Wombats to modern bands such as The Chats and The Molotovs, we've dedicated countless hours to crafting original songs that capture our energy and passion.
We've performed at venues such as The Cavern Club in Liverpool and also The York Vaults, The Crescent and the Fulford Arms in York.
We are current winners of Jorvik Radio Battle of The Bands competition and as a result opened the Mothership Festival in June, 2025.
We also busk around York, connecting with the local community through our music and supporting grassroots venues.
